Deploying to Amazon EC2 and a few other docs updates

Hey everyone!

I just created a guide in the documentation on how you can deploy Conduit to Amazon EC2. This guide walks through a simple setup.

The local deployment options also got a revamp. I've listed out three different options (binary download, docker, and building from source). I recommend that all users of Conduit use the binary download version. It'll be the easiest to get start. Normally, I recommend building from source but if you don't have Go installed on your machine, it's not worth it.
