Benchmark the pipeline and document findings.

• Create benchi benchmark configuration in https://github.com/conduitio/streaming-benchmarks
• Write blog post documenting the findings (not doing that)
• Run benchmark using benchi and store results in https://github.com/conduitio/streaming-benchmarks
• Create issues for potential optimizations in the connector repository.
