Update github token

Hey @nstehr! Heads up - there seems to be a lingering access token associated with my account in [this workflow](https://github.com/ConduitIO/conduitio.github.io/blob/c1df1c1c43ac9ca6b888fa96eeadf017da494d84/.github/workflows/update-connectors-list.yaml#L12). You may want to update it, as I've just deleted all my personal tokens.
