feat: enable some old replay tests #2497
Description
The aim of this is to reenable some of the old london replay tests. Some notes:
- (Unusual Cases) The reason for including some of these old tests is that, whilst they only target london, they do test a number of unusual cases.
- (Selective) We cannot re-enable all of them , since they already took about as much CI bandwidth as we had.
- (Osaka) We should try running them under Osaka, to see whether any pass and can be used as regression tests.
