Remove --swagger-ui-enabled flag #1133
Description
Remove --swagger-ui-enabled flag. Update the official docs to let users forward to https://ethereum.github.io/remote-signing-api/ and https://ethereum.github.io/keymanager-APIs/ for official versions. In addition, https://consensys.github.io/web3signer should point to hosted version of api docs.
