Navigator AttributeError

What happened?

I installed Anaconda. I tried to launch jupyter notebook from command line and got an error. I tried to launch Navigator and got this error: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/45820699?key=466c439e49d3bd989150e919b4ae1213
Then I tried this: Open the anaconda prompt and type conda --no-plugins update conda.
And this: I've just deleted the .condarc file in C:\Users\Username.
Then I tried uninstall clean:
(base) C:\Users\HP>conda install anaconda-clean
The error report is here
But there is the same error. What can I do else?
