Support for simultaneous build for multiple PHP versions.

There can be installed multiple PHP versions on Debian Linux (from deb.sury.org repository). Current state of Makefile does not allow to compile extension for multiple versions from single PHP-CPP source directory.

Merge request #525 aims to enable multi version builds by configuration variable that specifies build directory and configuration variable that specifies name of shared library object.
