SMART-TPL 0.9.1

You can now copy the Data object. You can retrieve the original source of a Template and some internals have been slightly improved.

Initial release of SMART-TPL

As for the dependencies read INSTALL.md. As for libjit, this specify version is
well tested against libjit a8293e141b79c28734a3633a81a43f92f29fc2d7 so it is
recommended to check libjit out at that point.
