Papers like the Generative Agents: Interactive Simulacra of Human Behavior paper and the Reflexion: an autonomous agent with dynamic memory and self-reflection paper, alongside the GPT 4 is Smarter than You Think: Introducing SmartGPT video (which is unrelated to this project, but named similarly) document significant performance improvements when giving agents the ability to self-reflect. We should try to add self-reflection to SmartGPT as well.

I'll close this in favor of the other issue #25, which drafts a proposal for how we can tightly implement long-term reflections.
