Configurations for awesome-list compatibility

There are several requirements for being added to awesome-list , some of them require changing repo settings while some are file changes. I'll open the necessary PRs for file changes and post relevant ones under this issue. You can also check the requirements here

At the end of this milestone, we can apply to the awesome-list and present this repo there.

Here is the list:

• Rename this repo to awesome-cosmwasm. Repository renaming
• Add "awesome-list" and "awesome" as GitHub topics. Adding GitHub topics
• Create a GitHub action to check every PR for awesome-lint automatically. Instructions
• Rename master branch to main.
