Palworld Setting Can't Be Edited

I am trying to change the "publicip" parameter in the palworldsettings.ini file, but it is hardcoded by the template and gets overwritten. There is no setting in the AMP UI for the publicip and changing the game's/application's IP address under Configuration>Security and Privacy>Generic Config does not update this value either. So there is no way to adjust this parameter. All parameters in a game's config file should be editable.
