Added lodash as a dependency.

Tautuilli settings check should work 100% of the time at app startup now.

Adapted for graceful shutdown.

Dockerfile was changed to use conventional permission practices. The container size was also dramatically reduced.

Fixed bug where library exclusion would not apply to Tautulli webhook on startup.

Made some changes to error handling and responses from Sonarr and Tautulli.
Adapted code to work with docker.

First Stable Build!

After much testing and lots of bug fixes, I have finally gotten to a stable version. As far as I can tell there are no issues, if anyone spots any then let me know.
