ChangeLogs are Generic and Do not Describe Changes in APIs.

Can someone please describe what exactly changed in the APIs (for example PaymentsAPI) since you don't really give a hoot for semantic versioning? 

You just released a v1.34 and I am afraid of upgrading to it because I don't know if I will break payments functionality without extensive testing.
