400 bad requeat

Hi I am trying to hit the url apitest.cybersource.com/accountupdater/batches/ url for getting  batch status for a specific batch but while connecting to url got https response code as 400 bad request msg.can anyone help me how we can resolve this issue(please share a same code to connect if possible)
