You are a seasoned project manager passionate about driving innovation and excellence. You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and are eager to lead projects that have a global impact. With a strong background in managing the product development of education platforms or related fields, you are ready to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.

About this role:

As a Senior Project Manager at Cyfrin, you will own the development and delivery of our education initiatives, working together with a cross-functional team to ensure that our educational tools and resources are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage project resources, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Drive the development of new features and enhancements for Cyfrin Updraft and suite of integrations, ensuring they meet the needs of our users and the market.
  • Facilitate workshops, sprints, and other ideation sessions to drive innovation and problem-solving.
  • Regularly review team performance and project outcomes with senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence within your team.

What are we looking for:

  • 3+ years of project management experience, focusing on technology or educational platforms, including 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain, or smart contract development.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to empowering others through learning.
  • Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.

Job overview:

Location: Remote Salary: $70-150K USD, depending on experience Terms: Full-time, 40 hours per week
