I have been thinking what to build, did some digging and got one idea.

Web3 phishing & scam detection using browser extension meaning building an extension which can identify all this.

What are ur guys thoughts on this? My project is worth 200 marks and I have like till oct, nov time is it possible for me to build this?

I have started learning solidity, Blockchain like a month ago

I can't say if that's enough time to build the project. I think you should research what is needed to make the project, and with that, you may be able to estimate how long it may take.
