About BPs points, whatever

Hey, i commonly confusion between feeBPs on audits. i have seen it in many code base. but whenever i see them i becomes confuse.

That's why i need to fully understand the Bps thing.

for referance like there are some state variables like withdrawfeeBP with value of 10000 and another one with same kind of value.
And they have been used for calculation in math while calling withdraw function in the protocol.

but i am not able to understand it like for what they are used. and why.
