hi,

Is there way to install the software locally? Is there a guide how to do this?

What kind of solvers are used in the software?
Any good non-commercial solvers?

Best regards,
Pieter

Hi Pieter,

AFAIK, currently there's only the bootstrap repo for local installations, which does most of the work, but which has some slight differences from the cloud version, and does not come with the public datasets. See the documentation in the bootstrap repo for details.

The cloud version of Caffeine uses CPLEX, which is free for academic use. However, I don't know much about other alternatives.

BR,
Juro

Alright. I think that is wat I was looking for.
I'll give it a shot somewhere this week.

The solver is something I will have to check unfortunatly. But I guess all solver tools go over the optlang package? so if it works for optlang I should be able to switch solver (if I ever would want to do that)?

Thanks!
