Write integration test #9
Description
Write an end-to-end integration test that works with a small (sampled!) public dataset and ensures the basic functionality of the workflow, while further changes are done on the workflow.
Consider whether this should/can be done before #5 or not. It would be good to have an integration test as soon as possible.
