On a testnetwork with 1 hbbft Node as validator, that also acts as RPC interface,
this node does not report mined transactions.
Using a seperate RPC node in combination with the 1 hbbft node setup, mined transaction are reported fine.
Todo: test if only networks with 1 Node are affected. Could also happen only on the block-proposer ?!
