Post Http request to Listener but the 204 response will downgrade the http protocol to Http 1.0

I'm not sure if Redfish-event-listener can fix this or not? It seems the http server implementation is python lib.

The redfish-event-listener show the log used the HTTP1.1 but the protocol raw data is HTTP 1.0
