Handling parameter units aliases #10
Description
The units for some parameters use an alias for another parameter which contains the actual units used. The parameters that contain the actual units designation are temp_units, precip_units, and elev_units. Could we add the ability to do a 'chained' units lookup when a parameter has a units alias?
