Support extraction of text formattings (bold, underline, strikethroughs, etc.)

I ran docling my_file.pdf which has texts with underlines/strikethroughs etc. I don't see these in the output md. Is this supported?

@knguyen1 Currently, this is not supported and it was not a design priority so far. The reason is that we prioritize correctly representing content, but not styling/visuals. We may revisit this in the future if our roadmap permits.
