New popup/modal to limit search scope to one community or collection is not understood #1394

Describe the bug
It is not immediately visible that "All of DSpace" scope is a button that would lead to the model/popup selection.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Perform a search https://demo7.dspace.org/search?spc.page=1&spc.sf=score&spc.sd=DESC
- Check the look and feel of the "All of DSpace" button
Expected behavior
We should thing about an icon / a way to clearly identify the button as way to pick an option. Maybe https://icons.getbootstrap.com/icons/box-arrow-up-right/
