hwdb-configure
This must be run first with a valid PKCS12 certificate to set up the app for communication with the HWDB.

hwdb-upload-docket
Uploads HW Item and Test spreadsheets. Requires creating an "encoder" file to describe how spreadsheets should be parsed before uploading.

hwdb-advanced-docket
Uploads HW Items without requiring an encoder, for HW Items that are simple enough to not require one. Allows editing of HW Item information by re-uploading. In future versions, all functionality from hwdb-upload-docket will be transferred to this script (which may be renamed).

hwdb-list-manufacturers, hwdb-list-institutions
Allows looking up manufacturer and institution codes.
