Need a way to cache 'intermediate' files to obviate slow MC read in every time

Want some generic SamplePDF::SaveTo/LoadFrom files that can save at the 'ready-to-fit' state. Might need some restructuring, but tens of minutes of read in each fit/debug iteration seems improvable
