Running a generic lar process

Running generic lar is close to there. 

Lar needs to have the ability to change the fcl , set -n the number of events and -nskip the # of events to skip. 

Probably can do this with overrides in the example/config. 

Need to make certain a modified fcl makes it to the batch node.
