Update to Yii2

This is very useful extension for every developer. So, please update it for Yii2. I had updated the code, but, cannot understand the TbDetailView code to convert it into GridView. Getting error over there.

I am currently thinking about retireing this moule as-is and rewriting it from scratch in a more general manner. That would allow me to support APCu and opcache as well. For the time being, writing a mere port for Yii 2 would make little sense, as I'd expect most users of Yii 2 to use PHP 5.5+, for which there is little to no support from APC.
