[QOL] Ability to grind wyvern bones with pestle/mortar

RS3 implemented the ability to grind them into a separate item used in herblore instead of re-using the wyvern bonemeal from ectofuntus. Given that they are untradeable, I don't think they're even worth making in their current state so this could help make wyvern bones more valuable if they were actually useable in herblore.
