Describe the bug
The tool leprechaun at the Catherby allotment patch is missing. Instead, there are two 'Dantaera' gardener NPCs.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Catherby allotment patch
  2. See two Dantaeras and no tool leprechauns

Expected behavior
I expected there to be one tool leprechaun and one Dantaera.

Screenshots
There are two Dantaeras and zero tool leprechauns.

Additional context
I am almost certain that I saw and interacted with this tool leprechaun earlier in the day, but I can't be certain. Perhaps it is related with issue#487?
