BUG: GMinvis not fully working

Make sure you've done the following:

• I have checked that this issue has not already been reported.

• I have validated that this issue is not a syntax error of either MySQL or SQLite.

• I have downloaded/pulled the latest version of the main branch of DarkflameServer and have confirmed that the issue exists there.

• I have verified that my boot.cfg is configured as per the README.

Issue Description

going invisible works,
coming back does not
other players need to relog to see me visible again

Reproduction Steps

/gminvis - toggle it on
notice on another char with account gmlevel 0 that the mythran is invisible
/gminvis - toggle it off
notice on another char with account gmlevel 0 mythran does not reappear
relog gmlevel 0 character for mythran to become visible again

Expected Behavior

mythran should reappear when /gminvis is toggled off
