Streamline ServiceBus with LQ bootstrapping

• Use the presence or absence of channels be the key to whether the Transport, Subscription, et al activators are executed?
• LQ can automatically determine a reply channel so you don't need to use an incoming listener?
• Get rid of the exception for when LQ has no matching channels
