Observing a schematron issue with scte35 event occuring only with DVB 2018 xsd

When using the attached mpd, an issue of schematron validation is raised and I could locate that it happens on the scte35 'signal' and 'binary' excactly when adding this block:

</scte35:Signal>
More interesting is that the schematron issue is raised only on DVB 2018 xsd

Would be amazing to know if this is just a small bug or is it due to the fact that scte35:Signal and scte35:Binary are not allowed in DVB 2018.

@kjerbi When i use the xmllint tool to validate against the DVB2018 xsd, I get

Schemas validity error : Element '{urn:mpeg:dash:schema:mpd:2011}Event': Element content is not allowed, because the content type is a simple type definition.

It seems support within the xsd has only been introduced at a later stage, and never backported. I am unsure whether this also means that it is disallowed, only that it fires issues within the schema itself.
