dash.js - CMAF HLS URLs fail.

We will need to rewrite parts of HLS/HLSProcessing.php to actually work on PHP8.

The corresponding test vectors make our github actions fail.

any news on this issue? Would be nice to have support for CMAF. Rewriting HLSProcessing.php feels whacky..

EDIT: Just saw that the staging environment handles CMAF but it does not seems to be parsing segments according to the json..
