Google search for "content protection dash" returns a PDF from DASH-IF that is 404 on the site

Second item in search results (for me at least):
https://dashif.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Popov-Content_Protection.pdf

Request for the pdf returns 404. I don't know if the file was intentionally removed.

There is no fallback/redirect to keep someone on the site. It was a generic GitHub Pages 404. If possible, I think redirecting to the main page would be more useful. (second ticket?)

Looks like the 4th result in that search also returns 404 in the same manner.
