Support for VVC video #259
Description
DVB wants to have live linear test content with VVC video encoding and is sponsoring this enhancement in livesim2.
Proper encryption is not required. It would requiring parsing VVC SPS, PPS, and Slice Header which is relatively much work.
A first level may be to support parsing the SampleDescriptor and the recognize the NAL unit types.
