Rework reports to not have only Security assets in mind

Add a value column and a value_format (with three types atm, TEXT, JSON, LINK) Then remove the external_link and place it in these new properties. Also consider if the "applied_from" field should stay... Maybe it should. Maybe we should add these other columns and make many of them optional, then when saving the JSON, we only output those with values. It might be better to have a known mapping of expected columns per ReportType..

Also, allow for a plugin system to export live documentation to other places like say Confluence/Notion/etc.
