Maice Support

Support Maice, this will probably be an account-level block again.

Jobs:

1. For all public + unknown buckets.
2. For all bucket tags with SensitivePII: false or something similar to identify that we must make sure there is no PII or sensitive info in this bucket, so only scan the buckets that declared they will not have PII. If they use this job we need to enforce the tag on all buckets with Org SCP, Org Tag policy and Config rules.
3. Their own jobs

Must be able to specify for both:

• Frequency
• Sampling
• Custom data identifiers
• Custom allow list
