example.metric appeared after upgrading datadog agent to v. 7.71

After upgrading four Ubuntu hosts' datadog agents to v. 7.71 I suddenly obtained a new host my-hostname with a single metric example.metric.
From the data pattern I understood that every 10 minutes all four hosts were sending something.
I thought that maybe that was DogStatsD, but wasn't able to confirm that. Disabling that in Datadog.yaml didn't helped.

After downgrading datadog-agent to v. 7.70.2 the issue resolved.

@PetrGaikovichNitka this is maybe happened when you configure Datadog on an external service, maybe you configured Datadog RUM or Traces or logs on an external service out of these 4 hosts. so Datadog Agent in this case is detecting the host of the external service and list it in Infrastrcute/ Host List, the name of the new host depends on the external service vendor

I had this similar encounter for an external service, i don't manage its infra, it was a WebUI i configured Datadog RUM (Real User Monitoring) on it, so Datadog detected its host and listed it in Infrastructure / Host List along with my clusters' nodes which i manage, the name of the external service host was more descriptive in my case, which depends on the vendor you're having your service on.
