[BUG] Not able to enable Trace for Nestjs Application

We are trying to instrument DataDog Tracing for our Nestjs application. We are following teh steps mentioned in datadog website. We have added the below line.

    "start": "NODE_OPTIONS='--require dd-trace/init' ./node_modules/.bin/next start",

But still we are not able to view traces in datadog. Are we missing anything here or do we need to do anything more to enable tracing in Datadog.
