Unclear Dependency

Hi,

I'm setting up my first Tzatziki test environment and plan to only use the tzatziki-http module.
But my tests failed short, with a Mapper error. Even trying to run the sample test in the README failed.
As soon as I've added the tzatziki-jackson module everything worked just fine.

I think that the jackson module, should be added to the first lines of the README, in the "Get started with this module" section, or even better as an explicite dependency in the pom.xml of the module.

OMG thank you I am on it since yesterday, and my error message was some ServiceLoader that could not load a Mapper !
