ensure time consistency in taxa identified

I noticed some surveys have zeros for shrimp in all their trawls until the last 20 years or so, I'm assuming they didn't count shrimp, then they started, versus no shrimp being in the samples. It would be good to see if there is a way to fix that (like in zooper)

This could be possible, but would require someone documenting the start/end date of every taxa from each of the 10 surveys, and I'm not sure how feasible that would be
