From Ashok ((DLIS engineer in charge of the Decision Support Tool)
“ I took your table and added filters to make it easier to analyze the data. Here’s how to use it:

Select an Island: From the "Island/Tract" column, choose an island.
Select Baseline Scenario: In the "SLR_Condition" column, select "Baseline" from the dropdown. This reduces the options from 30 to 6 scenarios. As discussed, we are not using sea level rise scenarios, so just pick the baseline scenario.
Select Discount Rate: In the "Discount_Rate" column, choose 0%, which represents the current rate. The other option is the 7% inflation rate, which we aren't using for now. This will narrow it down to 3 scenarios.
Select Levee Fragility Curve (LF_Curve):
Code 4: Represents maintaining the levees at current conditions.
Code 5: Indicates improvements to the PL84-99 standard, reflecting strengthened levees.
Code 6: Represents improvements to urban levees.
For now, select code 4 in the "LF_Curve" column. This will narrow your choices from 30 scenarios to just 1.
