Use reduced MetaSWAP database in the user acceptance test #422

Description

@JoerivanEngelen

#406 added a user acceptance test. As mentioned in the comments in this PR, the test runs really slow. I've found out together with @Manangka that this is caused by the large MetaSWAP database of 80 GB. This causes Windows to resort to use the pagefile, which slows things down considerably. Especially outside the Deltares network, since the data is read from a mounted S3 bucket. Furthermore, the user acceptance test can fail based on the pagefile size limit set in Windows, which differs a lot even amongst Deltares laptops.

There is a reduced database generated for the "LHM-light" which only uses 80 soiltypes instead of 380, this should reduce memory use a lot, while still capturing the unsaturated zone hydrology sufficiently for the LHM.
