API /v1/vulnerability: Components should contain supressed information

Current Behavior

The API call of /v1/vulnerability returns a list of vulnerabilities which contains the affected components and the related project.

The component contains information about the risk score but not if the vulnerability for this component was supressed.

Proposed Behavior

The component data contains the information if the CVE is suppressed for the related project.
