Current Behavior

Currently, if I link someone in my organisation to the findings page for a project in DT there is no way to control how it will look when they open it.

This has led to some confusion around the "show suppressed findings" option. It is disabled by default, so first time users need to switch it on, but by virtue of being first time users they don't know that. For projects where all findings have been marked suppressed it becomes particularly confusing, as someone following a link to DT will simply see an empty page.

Proposed Behavior

I would like there to be a way to specify visibility of suppressed findings in the link, e.g.:

https://deptrack.example.com/projects/9ee50a43-c6cc-45cb-960a-05eb5063d51e/findings?suppressed=true

I suppose ideally it would be possible to specify filtering/sorting options as well, but I've yet to run into a situation where we've needed it.
