Description
Current Behavior
The Portfolio Access Control feature is currently labeled as beta.
Some known gaps can be found via the access control label in the v4 repository.
Proposed Behavior
Bring the feature into a final, production-ready state, by closing any remaining gaps.
We have more options now since we can limit ourselves to Postgres databases.
