Income chat notification through teams #154
Description
To improve chat experience in TECH. Our server should provide a way to send notification to teams. In the future we can also add for slacks.
Since current browser notification is not as obvious. Teams notification can arrive through desktop app or phones. Which is much easier to reaching the users that handles on income chat.
This is related to issue #152. It is additional tooling on chat notification.
