How to designate nix store to an external drive? #364

I'm running out of space on my 256g ssd m1 macbook air. I wonder if there is a way to use an external ssd for my nix store.

I googled this post https://discourse.nixos.org/t/how-to-move-nix-store-to-external-drive-on-macos/19592.

But it will be nice if the determinate installer could provide an easy way to do this.

Any help is appreciated.
