Minimal steps to reproduce the bug

1. Run "AjaxControlToolkit.Installer.20.1.0.exe" with Visual Studio 2022 installed. (Windows 10)

Actual result

Installer states that it can't find Visual Studios, but only lists versions up to 2019.

Expected result

It should install the AJAX Control Toolkit, and make those controls available within Visual Studio 2022.
